I have owned or leased Acura MDX since 2008 and never had anybody explaining things to me as well as Alex did. He was very likable, cordial, understanding and knowledgeable about tech stuff. Always great service great people

Had a great experience dealing with the entire group at Murdock Acura. Went in to look at a used vehicle and was helped by Jim Clarken. We did a hassle fee test drive and talked some initial numbers. Went back another day and was able to talk more and finalize a deal. Jim was very helpful, if he didn’t know an answer about the vehicle he would take the time to find the answer. I never felt pressured yet there was always had good communication from him. Jim, the sales manager and finance were all great to work with and I would not hesitate to redoing them to my friends and family.
